Occlusion describes how the upper and lower teeth meet during biting, speaking, and chewing. Occlusal problems can cause tooth wear and sensitivity, muscle or joint pain, and headaches. Abnormal contacts may traumatise teeth and periodontium and, over time, lead to fractures, mobility, or bite changes.
Symptoms are not always painful at first; they may develop gradually—jaw noise, limited opening, muscle tension, or uneven wear. Accurate diagnosis and treatment planning are therefore essential.
At MG Dental Clinic we assess occlusion with clinical examination, chewing function analysis, and detailed contact mapping. When needed we provide protective or repositioning splints to balance forces, protect teeth, and stabilise the joint, using established protocols for centric relation and mandibular position.
Our goal is to restore harmony between teeth, joints, and muscles for a stable, functional, comfortable bite.
Implantology
Implantology is a highly effective way to replace missing teeth without cutting down neighbouring healthy teeth, unlike conventional bridges. Tooth loss affects chewing, facial support, and bite. Implants restore function and can avoid the drawbacks of full removable dentures.
Choosing implants is an important decision; we provide clear information from initial assessment to final restoration. Treatment begins with thorough examination, bone and soft-tissue assessment, and imaging. A personalised plan is then created for predictable, long-term results.
We work with the SKY implant system by bredent medical (Germany), offering precise, reliable solutions aligned with high European standards and excellent osseointegration.
Aesthetic dentistry
Aesthetic dentistry restores and enhances the smile using modern techniques and materials, improving confidence. Changes may include whitening, bonding, enameloplasty, porcelain or zirconia veneers, and high-quality ceramic crowns.
We prepare individual Digital Smile Design (DSD) plans to visualise your future smile. Porcelain veneers can harmonise shape, colour, and alignment. All-ceramic crowns are biocompatible and aesthetic for more damaged teeth.
Zirconia bridges offer strength and biocompatibility. Professional whitening refreshes discoloured teeth; home or in-office options are available. Enameloplasty and composite bonding can refine shape and colour quickly and conservatively.
Endodontics (root canal treatment)
Endodontics covers diagnosis and treatment of inflammation in root canals and surrounding tissues. Problems may progress without pain, so endodontically treated teeth need regular radiographic follow-up.
MG Dental Clinic uses modern methods under rubber-dam isolation with mechanical preparation and three-dimensional obturation of canals.
We use a Carl Zeiss OPMI pico microscope to locate extra or calcified canals that conventional methods may miss, improving success in complex cases.
We are among the few clinics that can remove separated instruments from canals when this can save a tooth. Before choosing extraction, ask us—many teeth can still be saved.
Periodontology (gum disease)
Periodontal diseases such as gingivitis and periodontitis are very common. Without timely care, inflammation can destroy supporting tissues and lead to tooth mobility and loss. Effective control requires modern methods, precise diagnosis, and regular review.
At MG Dental Clinic we apply up-to-date periodontal therapy to restore tissue health, limit disease progression, and support long-term smile stability.
Caries and complications
Caries is widespread and infectious; early detection is crucial. We examine patients carefully with modern aids for early lesions.

We teach effective home hygiene and recall patients for review. Professional cleaning uses the Newtron P5XS B. LED piezo device (Acteon Satelec, France) for comfortable plaque and calculus removal, with proven remineralising protocols.
Children receive brushing coaching and sealants on newly erupted molars to protect pits and fissures—one of the most effective preventive steps in paediatric dentistry.
