How we plan care that should last

The whole picture first

Before we suggest treatment, we look at the bite, the gums, and the teeth together. A single tooth rarely tells the whole story. Uneven contact, an irritated gum, or a worn edge can be connected, so we do not rush a separate fix.

At the first conversation we listen to what bothers you and for how long. Then we look around the mouth without hurry and explain what we see in plain words. If the plan needs photographs, we say why before we take them.

The plan is explained before anything starts

The plan describes the possible steps and their order. Not every step is needed for every person. If something can wait or be left out, we say so. If we are unsure, we say that too, instead of filling the gap with a guess.

Nothing starts until you have heard the plan and had time for a question. You can leave with the conversation alone. Treatment, if there is any, is arranged separately, with a clear scope for that stage rather than for everything at once.

Care that lasts, for us, means not repairing one thing while missing what sits next to it. That is why the plan is explained in writing and can be looked at again at a later visit.
